P2U Wiggly Icon Base

A pay to use wiggly icon base for use on dA. The preview image is blurred to avoid people using the base and not paying. ^o^ The white border around the preview image won't be there on the base, it was just an aftereffect of the blur I used for the preview.

MS Paint
There are .png files for each frame included for MS paint users. I don't know how it actually works though, so I apologize beforehand if there's stuff that's missing for MS paint. As far as I know, you color the .png file in MS paint, save each frame seperately, and animate it on Iaza?

- 1 lineart layer for each frame
- 1 shading layer (clipped to base layer) for each frame
- 1 base layer for each frame
- 1 transparent layer for background if you want to add one

How to animate
Included in the instructions, for animation newbies. You still have to read it if you know how to animate too <: If you don't have PS, the link for the Iaza animation tutorial is in the instructions as well.

Please don't give out the base for free or for money/points. You are allowed to make edits to it to fit your character, but you aren't allowed to claim that you made the base. Please credit me and link back to this deviation if you upload your icon. More info in the instruction file. xD
